Corrections to mapquest....

Once you turn onto 30E go 8.9 miles and turn left after Coneheads (a purple ice cream building), this is Sea Cliffs Dr., go aobut .5 (1/2) mi. and turn into Barrier Dunes.  (If you pass the turn you will end up at the state park entrance, turn around and take the first road on the right if you do this.)

To Emerald Breeze:  Once through the gate take the 2nd right (Parkside Cr.)   Emerald Breeze is an end unit across from the pool on the right side.

To Emerald Dolphin:  Once through the gate go straight (towards the gulf).  Emerald Dolphin is an end unit on the left side.  There is a tile sign with 173 (the unit #) by the door.
